Welcome to The Fulin Pavilion.
By making a reservation, booking a private event, visiting our restaurant, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to protect both our guests and our business, ensuring that every experience at The Pavilion is seamless, enjoyable, and fair.
Reservations
Reservations are strongly encouraged for both lunch service (11:00am to 3:00pm) and dinner service (6:00pm to 10:30pm). Private dining rooms and event spaces are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. A reservation is only considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation by email, phone call, or SMS from our team. The Fulin Pavilion reserves the right to release unconfirmed reservations.
Deposits and Minimum Spend
For private dining rooms, group bookings, or corporate events, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Minimum spend requirements may apply to private dining rooms and exclusive event bookings; these requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation.
Cancellations and Amendments
We understand that plans may change. Standard reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee, at the discretion of The Fulin Pavilion. Guests who fail to arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation time without prior notice may forfeit their table, and deposits paid may be retained.
Group Bookings and Private Events
Group bookings and private events are subject to additional terms. Customised menus, beverage packages, and entertainment can be arranged in consultation with our events team. Any external vendors, decorations, or third-party services (such as florists, musicians, or audiovisual setups) must be approved by The Fulin Pavilion in advance. Setup and teardown times must also be agreed upon prior to the event.
Dining Duration
To ensure a smooth flow of service for all guests, lunch seatings are generally allocated up to 90 minutes, while dinner seatings are typically allocated up to two hours. Extensions may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and management approval.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
We take food sensitivities and dietary restrictions seriously. Guests are encouraged to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While our chefs will take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, and The Fulin Pavilion cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions.
Dress Code and Guest Conduct
We recommend smart casual attire when dining with us. Sportswear, singlets, and slippers may not be considered appropriate. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest whose attire or behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, in order to protect the experience of other diners.
Promotions and Special Offers
From time to time, The Fulin Pavilion may extend special promotions, such as Yue Hwa shopper rewards or seasonal offers. These promotions are valid only for the specified dates, times, and conditions outlined. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
Photography and Media
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs discreetly during their visit, provided it does not disrupt the dining experience of others. Professional photography, filming, or press coverage must be pre-approved by The Fulin Pavilion management. By attending events at our venue, guests consent to the possibility of being included in promotional images or videos captured by our official photographers.
Liability
The Fulin Pavilion will not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings while on the premises. Guests are expected to take responsibility for their own property and personal safety during their visit.
Website Use
The website (www.fulinpavilion.sg) is owned and operated by The Fulin Pavilion. All content, including text, images, menus, and design, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. While we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, details such as menu items, opening hours, or promotions may change without prior notice.
Amendments
The Fulin Pavilion reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on this page.
